Look at the venue first
Notice the wall colours, flooring and existing furniture. A palette that looks balanced in one reference photograph may feel different in your venue’s light.
Decide what should lead
A pale floral arrangement, colourful hanging strands or a deep red accent creates a different focal point. Choose the detail you want people to notice first, then discuss supporting colours.
Use references carefully
Share the exact features you like in each photograph. Distinguish the colour palette from the backdrop shape, floral density or seating style; they do not have to be copied together.
Discuss flower materials
Ask whether the quotation includes fresh flowers, artificial flowers or a combination, and confirm acceptable colour or flower substitutions. Availability needs to be checked directly.
Review a clear proposal
Confirm dimensions, floral details, materials, costs and any changes before booking. A reference photograph explains an idea; the agreed quotation defines the actual setup.
