Begin with the space

Photograph the room or venue in daylight, including the area behind the seating and the route used to bring in decoration. Measure the usable width, depth and ceiling height. A photograph alone can hide practical constraints.

Choose a small, coherent palette

Pick two or three colours that work with the room. Share reference photographs to explain what you like, and identify the details you care about most rather than asking for every element in several different designs.

Write down the quotation scope

Ask what the proposed setup includes: backdrop dimensions, floral materials, seating if any, personalized wording and installation arrangements. Confirm extras and changes in writing.

Understand the starting-price offer

Party Inn’s Baat Pakki promotion is Starting from Rs. 15,000 — Gulistan-e-Johar Only. Ask which setup is available at the starting price and whether it suits your date and venue. Gallery photographs do not define the offer’s inclusions.

Keep the final brief together

Before confirming, review the date, address, venue access, setup timing, agreed design, final price and booking terms. A clear written brief is useful for both your family and the decoration team.
