Stairs, lift size, doorway width and building rules affect installation. The venue or property owner should confirm permissions and electrical arrangements. For a rooftop, discuss wind, weather and a suitable contingency; structural capacity must be assessed separately by appropriate qualified people. A decoration proposal does not certify the space for guests.
